Fairview Sweet Red is a rich and flavourful wine with a deep ruby red colour. It has a balanced blend of Petite Sirah and Tempranillo grapes, which were harvested from trellised vineyards on Fairview farm in Paarl. A small percentage of Souzão grapes from the Swartland was used to make a fortified wine back in 2016, and then blended with Petite Sirah for added complexity. Fairview Sweet Red is a wine with a sweet finish that pairs beautifully with various dishes.
